Mitchell & Ness takes pride in our authentic sports apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that personalized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Prepaid Label

  Follow the prompts to generate and print a prepaid shipping label. A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
